Skill Arena operates this storefront interface, the Skill Arena Minecraft server, player selection, and in-game delivery support. For questions about information handled directly by Skill Arena, contact us through the official support channel listed below.

Tebex is the reseller and merchant of record for checkout transactions and handles payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, receipt, refund, and dispute information for its own purposes and legal obligations. Review the Tebex Privacy Policy for details about that processing.

Depending on how you use the webstore, Skill Arena may handle:

• your selected Minecraft edition, Java username, offline or cracked username, or Bedrock in-game name stored with its required leading dot;
• a public Java UUID and avatar when a matching public profile is available;
• basket identifiers, package identifiers, quantities, displayed totals, delivery account, gift recipient username where applicable, and payment or delivery status returned by Tebex;
• support messages and information you choose to provide, such as a Tebex transaction reference or evidence of a delivery problem; and
• basic technical and security information, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, and server logs generated by hosting and security systems.

Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes, government IDs, or other unnecessary sensitive information to Skill Arena support.

Information is collected when you enter a player name, choose an edition, add a package, create or update a basket, return from checkout, or contact support. Some technical information is generated automatically when your browser communicates with the webstore or its hosting and security infrastructure.

For eligible Java usernames, the store may request a public Minecraft profile and display an avatar from MC-Heads. Offline Java names and Bedrock in-game names are accepted without requiring a public Minecraft profile.

Skill Arena uses the information described above to:

• identify the account selected for delivery;
• create, restore, validate, and update your Tebex basket;
• deliver Coins and other purchased content to the correct player;
• investigate missing delivery, account mistakes, fraud, abuse, and disputes;
• protect the store and server, enforce rate limits, and prevent misuse;
• maintain, troubleshoot, and improve store reliability; and
• comply with valid legal obligations and protect legal rights.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities are generally based on performing or preparing the service you request, Skill Arena's legitimate interests in operating and securing the store and server, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested.

When you continue to checkout, you leave the Skill Arena storefront and use Tebex's checkout service. Tebex and its payment providers may collect identity, contact, billing, financial, transaction, technical, fraud-prevention, and tax information. Skill Arena does not directly collect or store your full payment-card number or card security code.

Tebex may provide Skill Arena with the information needed to identify the order, fulfil digital content, provide support, detect abuse, and reconcile the transaction. Tebex handles billing support, disputes, and any eligible refund requests as merchant of record. Tebex's own retention periods, legal bases, international transfers, and data-rights process are explained in its Privacy Policy.

The Skill Arena storefront uses essential browser local storage to remember your selected player and Tebex basket reference between page loads. This information stays in your browser until it is replaced, you log out or change player, the basket is invalidated, or you clear site data in your browser.

The current Skill Arena storefront does not include advertising or behavioural tracking code. Tebex checkout uses its own essential basket, session, and security technologies. See the Tebex Checkout Cookie Policy for information about cookies used after you continue to Tebex.

Skill Arena may share limited information where necessary with:

• Tebex, to create and manage baskets, deliver orders, and resolve issues;
• Minecraft public profile services and MC-Heads, to look up or display public Java profile information;
• hosting, infrastructure, security, and support providers that help operate the webstore and server;
• authorised Skill Arena staff who need the information for delivery, support, moderation, fraud prevention, or security; and
• advisers, payment or platform partners, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Skill Arena does not sell personal information collected through this storefront.

Skill Arena players and service providers may be located in different countries. As a result, information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, relevant providers are expected to use lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards. Tebex explains its own international transfers in the Tebex Privacy Policy.

Skill Arena keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, record-keeping, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Support records may be kept while an issue or dispute remains open and for a reasonable period afterward. Security logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary under the settings of the relevant hosting or security provider.

This storefront does not maintain its own database of full payment credentials. Local player and basket information is retained in your browser as described above. Tebex independently determines how long it must retain checkout and transaction records under its own legal and operational requirements.

Skill Arena uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect storefront information, including encrypted HTTPS connections in production, restricted server-side credentials, origin checks, input validation, rate limiting, and limited access to support information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Protect your Minecraft, Discord, email, and payment accounts; use official Skill Arena and Tebex links; and never share passwords or payment security codes with staff. Report suspected impersonation or a security issue through official support.

The webstore is not intended for purchases by children under 16. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before buying. Parents and guardians should supervise young players' use of the store and review the purchase, these terms, and the Tebex checkout terms with them.

If you believe a young person provided personal information improperly, contact Skill Arena support with enough detail for us to investigate, but do not post the information publicly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, portability of, or an objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and to complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

For information handled by Skill Arena, submit a private request through the official Skill Arena support channel. We may need to verify that you control the relevant Minecraft or Discord account. For checkout, payment, or Tebex account data, contact Tebex directly through its Checkout support form.

The webstore links to or communicates with third-party services including Tebex, Minecraft services, MC-Heads, and Discord. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Skill Arena is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.

Skill Arena may update this Privacy Notice when the store, server, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate Skill Arena channel where reasonably required.
