Skill Arena Purchase Terms

Skill Arena is the Minecraft server and community for which the digital content displayed on this webstore is provided. These terms govern your use of the Skill Arena storefront, the delivery of purchases to your selected Minecraft account, and your use of Coins and other Skill Arena benefits.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have read these terms, and that you also agree to the Skill Arena server and community rules published through our official channels. If you do not agree, do not continue with the purchase.

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase through Tebex. If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing. Your parent or guardian should review the product, price, these terms, and the Tebex terms with you.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to purchase is responsible for supervising that purchase, subject to applicable law.

Tebex acts as the reseller and merchant of record for purchases completed through checkout. This means Tebex is the legal seller of the licensed digital product and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes. Skill Arena does not directly receive or store your full card or payment credentials.

Your transaction is subject to the Tebex Checkout Terms and any additional conditions displayed during checkout. If these Purchase Terms conflict with Tebex terms regarding the sale, payment, tax, refund, or transaction, the applicable Tebex terms control that part of the transaction.

Coins are a virtual currency used only within the Skill Arena Minecraft server for eligible in-game perks, ranks, cosmetics, keys, and other content made available by Skill Arena. Coins and all other store products are digital, have no physical form, have no cash value outside Skill Arena, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real-world money.

A purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the delivered content on the Minecraft account selected at checkout. It does not transfer ownership of Skill Arena systems, software, artwork, brands, or other intellectual property. You may not resell, trade, sublicense, or commercially exploit purchased content unless Skill Arena expressly permits it.

You are responsible for selecting the correct edition and entering the exact Java username, offline or cracked username, or Bedrock name shown in game on Skill Arena. For Bedrock, the store automatically adds a required leading dot, which is part of the delivery name. Do not enter a full Xbox gamertag or a discriminator such as #1234. A public profile lookup is a convenience and is not a guarantee that the selected player is correct.

Review the delivery account before paying. Content delivered to the account you entered may not be transferable. If you notice an error, stop before checkout and select the correct player. For a completed order, contact Skill Arena support promptly and do not make a second purchase while the first delivery is being investigated.

Package prices, available currencies, payment methods, fees, and applicable taxes are shown by Tebex before you confirm payment. Check the final checkout total carefully. Prices may change for future orders, promotions may end, and a displayed package may be withdrawn, but those changes do not alter an order already accepted by Tebex.

You must not use a payment method without the account holder's permission, submit false billing information, conceal your location to avoid taxes or restrictions, or attempt to bypass fraud-prevention controls. Tebex may decline or review a payment under its own risk and compliance procedures.

The gift option lets a buyer purchase a package for another Skill Arena player. The buyer is responsible for selecting the recipient's correct Minecraft edition and entering the exact in-game delivery name. Gift purchases are charged to the buyer and delivered to the recipient shown in the Tebex basket.

Review the recipient before checkout. A gift sent to an incorrect account may not be transferable or recoverable after delivery. The recipient receives only the digital content; they do not receive the buyer's billing details. Gifts remain subject to these Purchase Terms, Skill Arena rules, and the Tebex terms presented at checkout.

Delivery normally begins automatically after Tebex confirms successful payment. Delivery can be delayed by payment review, Minecraft or Skill Arena availability, maintenance, an incorrect username, or other technical issues. Returning to the store from checkout does not by itself prove that payment was completed.

Keep your Tebex receipt and transaction reference. If content does not arrive, rejoin the server and then open a ticket through the official Skill Arena support channel. Never publish your receipt, payment information, or other sensitive details in a public Discord channel.

Purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivery or access has begun, except where a refund, cancellation, withdrawal right, or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law. Tebex Limited, as merchant of record, handles billing support and any eligible refund request under the Tebex Checkout Terms and the circumstances of the order.

For a delivery or product issue, contact Skill Arena support first so the server team can investigate. For payment, fraud, billing, or refund questions, use the Tebex Checkout support form. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

A purchase does not exempt you from Skill Arena rules and does not guarantee continued access to the server. Skill Arena may warn, mute, suspend, restrict, or ban accounts that violate server rules, threaten security, abuse other players, use prohibited modifications, commit fraud, or attempt to exploit store or server systems.

Losing access because of a rule violation does not normally create a right to a refund for content already delivered, except where required by law or the applicable Tebex terms. Enforcement decisions and purchase-support requests are reviewed separately.

Minecraft servers evolve. Skill Arena may rebalance, rename, replace, update, or discontinue gameplay features, ranks, cosmetics, virtual currency uses, and other digital content for security, fairness, legal, technical, or gameplay reasons. We will not reduce mandatory consumer rights and will aim to preserve the reasonable purpose of paid content where practical.

Events, discounts, bonus amounts, and limited-time offers apply only for the period and conditions shown. Unless explicitly stated during checkout, a purchase does not promise permanent server operation, permanent access to a particular game mode, or compatibility with every future Minecraft version.

You must not:

• use stolen payment details or make a purchase without authorisation;
• sell, transfer, duplicate, counterfeit, or exploit Coins or store products;
• interfere with checkout, delivery, pricing, security, or rate limits;
• use automation or technical exploits to obtain unintended benefits; or
• submit knowingly false refund, fraud, or chargeback claims.

Suspected abuse may be investigated and relevant information may be provided to Tebex, payment providers, hosting or security providers, or authorities where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

Skill Arena takes reasonable steps to keep the webstore, server, and delivery systems available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, attacks, Minecraft service issues, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access or delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Arena is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, third-party service failures, or losses caused by incorrect account details supplied by the buyer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory statutory rights.

Skill Arena names, logos, store design, server content, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Skill Arena and may not be copied or used without permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Skill Arena is an independent server and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Skill Arena may update these Purchase Terms when the store, server, products, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, together with the Tebex terms accepted at checkout. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
